With over 30 years of experience in the tech industry, I made a decision two decades ago to identify a real need within our local community—and to fill it. It quickly became clear what our area was lacking, and I committed myself to providing the solution.
What began as a small venture—repairing residential computers for friends and family—has since grown into something far greater. From day one, we have been a family-owned and operated business, and we are proud to continue operating with those same values today. Our customers and the quality of our service remain our top priorities.
“This PC Needs Help” was the original spark that ignited what has now evolved into a full-service technology company.
Like many small businesses, we faced significant challenges during the pandemic, which forced us to relocate out of state for three years. However, we have returned—bigger, better, and stronger—and more dedicated than ever to serving our community.
